Shipping Policy

Dispatch of orders:
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed - Monday to Friday.  Generally, we will dispatch your order the same day if placed before Noon however, some orders may be dispatched the next working day due to operational reasons.  At checkout, you would be asked which delivery option you require. Our rates for delivery are found below:

International Tax, Duties, and customs:

Please be aware for international orders, there may be further fees for taxes and duties by customs in your country upon arrival. Please note that you are responsible for any fees that occurred by customs in your country and we do not reimburse any taxes or duties. We can advise that you check with your customs and find out if there are any fees that you may have to pay outside of the shipping that you have paid for Barako Boutique. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Barako Boutique, we value our customers and are dedicated to providing the best possible service. If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please note, we do not issue refunds, only exchanges. Your order may be reimbursed, if the item is clearly damaged or faulty on arrival, In this case, please send us a picture of the damage via email at barakoboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Damages

If the items are returned back with clear wear/tear, perfume, and makeup/skincare residue we cannot exchange them. All garments are dealt with care. If the item is returned damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund and you will be given the option to collect or pay for the postage back to yourself. 

If you do, however, receive items that are faulty then we ask that you please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, to arrange a return and refund. Please allow 14 days for any refunds to be issued. 

Used Items

If you use the items after finding a fault, we cannot issue a refund or an exchange. 

Return Postage

Please note that the customer must pay for postage when returning items and ensure they request and retain the proof of postage. Once we receive the returned items, we will assess them. 

We do not refund any special shipping services that customers have paid extra for, as the amount paid by the customer is paid directly for the shipping service which was provided by a third party.
